Stephan Schrauben
Co-founder
Stephan, co-founder of Beakon Global, has a rich diverse background. Born in Brussels and raised in Eastern Belgium, he is fluent in German and French. He studied in Liège, Belgium, before starting his career in Luxembourg. Seeking to realize a lifelong dream, Stephan embraced the chance to relocate to Burkina Faso for a year, dedicating his time to volunteer work.
Professionally, Stephan spent over 15 years working in Luxembourg, including three years living there, deepening his understanding of its business culture. Now residing in Germany for over 15 years, his experience across Europe and Africa equips him with a unique perspective and multilingual proficiency, invaluable to his role at Beakon Global.
Louis Grotz
Co-founder
Louis, co-founder of Beakon Global, brings a unique blend of cultural heritage and international experience to the team. Born and raised in Luxembourg to a Luxembourgish and Filipino family, he embodies a fusion of European and Asian cultures. His educational journey took him to Strasbourg, France, where he spent five years, immersing himself in the city's rich academic and cultural life.
An avid traveler, Louis is often found exploring various cities during the weekends, indulging in his passion for the diverse food scenes across the continent.
