Last updated: August 3, 2026
Beakon Global GmbH does not permit spam, deceptive messaging, or unsolicited bulk communications that advertise Beakon Global, the beakon.global domain, our services, or our partners.
This policy applies to Beakon Global and to employees, contractors, affiliates, agencies, lead generators, and service providers acting on our behalf.
Permitted communications
Beakon Global may send:
responses to inquiries and quotation requests;
customer service and policy-related communications;
consent-based marketing communications;
communications connected to existing customer or business relationships;
targeted B2B communications where permitted by applicable law; and
other transactional, contractual, or regulatory messages.
Prohibited practices
Beakon Global prohibits:
unsolicited or indiscriminate bulk campaigns;
scraped, harvested, guessed, or automatically generated addresses;
misleading sender names, subject lines, or identities;
continuing to send marketing after an unsubscribe request or objection;
bypassing suppression lists;
advertising beakon.global through spam sent by affiliates or third parties; and
using unverified purchased or rented lists for bulk marketing.
B2B outreach
B2B outreach must be relevant to the recipient’s professional role, clearly identify Beakon Global, accurately explain the purpose of the message, comply with applicable law, and provide an easy way to stop further marketing communications.
Unsubscribe and suppression
Recipients may unsubscribe or object at any time by contacting:
service@beakon.global
Marketing objections are recorded on a suppression list to prevent further marketing messages. This does not prevent necessary customer service, contractual, regulatory, or transactional communications.
Third parties
Third parties acting for Beakon Global must comply with this policy and applicable marketing and privacy laws. Beakon Global may suspend campaigns or terminate relationships where this policy is violated.
